!!! Revive Leon !!!

I'm a free lance choreographer  and dancer who also teaches public school.   In  February of 2015 I had hernia surgery.   The next month, I tore  my hamstring off the bone while doing a liturgical dance at my church.  I was in Physical therapy for several weeks.  In June of  2016,  I was treated at Emory for a mild stroke.  Later in November I woke up in excruciating pain down my left leg and unable to get out of bed.  I had sciatica and was out of work for a week.  I had to use crutches upon returning to work.  I was being treated at Emory for my condition which did not get any better with medications.  Therefore,  in January of this year 2017 my doctor performed an epidural procedure for sciatica.
Not only was that procedure painful but I honestly didn't get much relief but with time and exercise I'm walking normally now without pain.   Praise God.  However, between all the resulting medical bills, doctor visits, car maintanance and a host of other everyday living expenses, I can no longer manage this financial burden. Plus to add insult to injury, my checking account got compromised this summer after I hosted a COUCH SURFING visitor...!!! I have since gotten a new checking account but that transition created other financial  challenges that still impacts my  credit and other services that were connected to that  account. 
Even though I have continued to work regularly,  my finances have been COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED...!!!  I am in desparate need of assistance to maintain my apartment and car.   I have bill collectors calling me day and night. I need financial assistance with my car note, cell phone bill, cable TV,  utilities (gas/electric) gym membership(health and wellness)  food  and  staple supplies i.e. household cleaning items, personal hygiene items.  gasoline for my car, computer service, personal grooming(haircuts) , car and apartment insurance.
I have become so aware of how much it costs just to maintain the average necessities of modern living.  I would be EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to anyone offering ANY assistance.   I would also appreciate any assistance with other EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES  for someone like myself who holds a Psychology B.A. with experience in Education/ Social Services/Customer service and can pass a DRUG TEST and CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.   I was extremely relutant to post this but  it is 
 now  at an overwhelmingly critical level for me. I find myself experiencing depression, losing weight and having anxiety attacks all the while putting on a good face when in public. I don't want to have another stroke!
