Getting my car fixed

Hey everyone my name is Krystal and its not like me to ask for help. I dont know what else to do so I'm counting on you guys. I was just in a huge accident on Hoosick st tonight in Troy. Thank God my 9 year old son, my cousins daughter and myself are ok. We definitely had someone watching over us. This kid was speeding on Hoosick st as I was coming off my street and st the last second he switched lanes and hit me. Unfortunately my car isn't in good shape. I do have a $1000 deductible and I'll need to get a rental and I dont know what I am going to do without transportation. I am employed full time and I attend HVCC. So I am asking everyone to please find it in your heart to please help me out with whatever you can. Again, I hate asking for help because I have been so independent my entire life but I cant come up with this on my own and I don't know what else to do. Thank you in advance.
