The BF Day Sundragon Fun Run raises money to support the school's Parent Teacher Student Association. At our school, the PTSA aids the school's efforts to educate to support and inspire every student by helping to fund, among other programs:
-a full-time school counselor
-art and music teachers
-access to enrichment opportunities
While the generosity of our community allowed the fall Direct Drive to raise a good portion of the year's budget, the Fun Run allows us to include our friends, families and neighbors who believe that early socio-emotional learning and arts education play an essential role in raising kids who will grow into resilient, creative, and engaged adults.
Our goal is that the Fun Run will raises $35,000, therefore providing a significant portion of what remains of our total annual budget.
