<div>For years, I've navigated the challenges of ADHD, a diagnosis that came late in life but has deeply shaped my journey. Did you know that adults with ADHD are five times more likely to attempt suicide than those without? Shockingly, one quarter of women with ADHD and one in ten men with ADHD have tried to take their own lives.
