Bev's cancer treatment

Today we tell you about the battle our dear friend Bev is facing and the struggle she has endured the past year and some. Bev is a dear friend to us all, a beloved wife to Rob and a dotting Mother and grand mother to her georgeous family and her cherished sisters.
Our dearest Bev, is currenlty fighting a battle with cancer and to keep fighting she requires more treatment that unfortunatley is not covered by the Governments PBS . The treament Bev requires to win her battle and give her more time with her beloved husband, family and friends is in excess of $5000 per dose of treatment.
As we set upon this campaign all those dearest to Bev and Bev her self thank you for any support you can offer.
Here is a little of bev's story and the challenges she has faced :
5 Years ago Bev was loving life, proud of her 5 son's a daughter and partners and 8 gorgeous grandchildren. She was in the midst of building a dream home with her loving and supportive Husband Rob and starting a career in community nursing.
With Bev's extensive nursing knowledge, she soon began to notice abnormal changes in her body and on the 4th of August 2012 Bev detected a lump in her right breast. Bev confided her fears to Rob and they immediately seeked a medical review.
On the 10th of August 2012 Bev was called back in to discuss the results of her tests carried out over the past week. Bev set down calmly and took in the results .. Bev was diagnosed with 2 invasive ductial tumors. During this time, we seen just how brave and amazing Bev truely was and still is. She underwent immediate surgery and then Chemo treatment. During this time Bev still showed up at work to care for other's she believed needed more care and attention then she did. ( that's how we see it any how.)
Soon after the chemo took hold and Bev required to take 6 months of work to allow her own body time to adjust. Bev was then given the all clear and she returned to loving life, work and family as normal.
Between 2013 til January 2016 Bev kept up with all her regular mamogramms, regular GP appointments etc.. everything was showing all good, until she started feeling discomfort and a radiating lump from her left breast..
From January 2016 Bev has endured several hospital admissions, surgery and treatment after treatment. No sooner had the chemo and radiation controlled one area, the Cancer reared it aggression in another part of Bev's body. All avenues bar one has been exhausted and again that's where we ask for your support in helping Bev get the treatment she needs to enjoy her life.
During all Bev's treatment Bev has never complained or asked for anyone's support. Bev and Rob have just gone about the past 18 months, struggling on a minimum wage fighting every challange thrown at them. So please again lets not let them struggle alone any more and support them in any way we financially can.
From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for taking the time to read and acknowledge Bev's campaign to fight cancer.
