Funeral Costs - Bev Oliver & Family

On Tuesday, September 12th, 2017, our dear friend and Home Team BBQ family member Beverly Oliver and her husband Gene lost their youngest son Brandon suddenly and unexpectedly at age 20.

Beverly has been Home Team BBQ West Ashley's one-woman cleaning crew and eyes and ears for over 10 years. A dedicated wife and mother of three boys, Beverly is equally dedicated to our company and its success. She truly is the heart of West Ashley and her observant nature and true caring spirit helps so much with not only the building and mechanical issues that might need attention, but this amazing woman will also take the time to sit down and talk to anyone who might appear to be having a tough day, or shoot a silly or sassy comment their way to make them smile. Miss Beverly is more than an employee, she is family and the glue that holds us all together, and we feel that it is important to find a way to repay her for all that she does for us in her time of need. 

As parents, Beverly and Gene were naturally caught off guard and unprepared mentally, emotionally, and financially to face the untimely loss of their young son. Although Beverly is the last person that would want to draw attention to herself or her situation, we decided to create this page on her behalf as we have been asked by many how they can help. One of the best ways friends and family can help is to contribute here and ease the financial burden of the funeral service and arrangements on the Oliver family.  Every little bit can make a difference, so we appreciate anything you can give during this difficult time.

For those who are interested, I am Jamie Perillo, the General Manager of Home Team BBQ West Ashley where Beverly works.  I am technically Beverly's Manager but truthfully she does not need to be managed.  She knows what needs to be done and takes care of business.  The funds contributed here will go directly towards the funeral expenses for Brandon.  Many of you may not know this but Home Team footed the entire bill for these expenses and this money will go directly towards reimbursement for that so that the Oliver family does not have to worry about it.
