<div>In the shadow of the violent war on Gaza, I found myself living between pain and fear. I was trying to preserve my family amidst the devastation that left us with nothing. One night, bombing hit our neighborhood, and my house, which had housed my young family for years, was just a memory after that. Amidst the dust and rubble, I realized that life as I knew it no longer existed.

<div>My wife has been suffering from cancer for months, and her health condition is deteriorating day by day. I could see the pain in her eyes as she struggled with the disease without medication or treatment. The health sector here in Gaza is exhausted by the siege and war. We could not provide the necessary medications, and there was no way out to seek treatment outside this land surrounded by wires and walls.

<div>All I hope now is that I can save her. How can I get her out of Gaza to receive treatment? Every day that passes is a new battle, between her illness and the merciless bombing. I know I'm not alone in this struggle, many are experiencing the same pain, but when you see your loved ones in pain, you feel so helpless.

<div>We need medicine, we need help, but what we need most is hope. In this darkness, I cling to hope that I will find a way to save my wife and rebuild my life, no matter the cost.
