Mom Lost everything Hurricane Fund

August 28th, my Mother turned 90 years old, I had planned to fly down that weekend to surprise her, but had to cancel, a Hurricane was approaching...the next day she had to be rescused in a boat, with nothing but the clothes on her back.....she lost all of her clothes (my brother too) and everything for the last 48 years we were in our home.....the Red Cross deemed her "not qualified" for disaster assistance, so I'm taking it to Facebook to offset this denial, because I have some amazing friends :) she needs new clothes and basic living assistance, medications, and we had to get her a cell phone because our home phone of almost 50 years is now disconnected.
