Baby Damon Drennen Needs Help

One week ago on May 20,2017, we welcomed baby Damon Ira Drennen into the world. But what we didn't know until a few hours later is that he was born with a heart defect that would require open heart surgery.  This beautiful baby boy was transferred to the Golisano Children's  Hospital in Rochester NY where
he underwent a 5+ hour open heart surgery on Wednesday. 
We are incredibly grateful for his life. His recovery will be a long and expensive one. 
Baby Damon's parents (Kevin Drennen & Krystal Laucht from Brockport NY) will be spending weeks/months traveling to the hospital daily and spending nights in the hospital while caring for two young daughters at home. 
Dad is self-employed and will need to return to work soon to support his family. Mom will not be returning to work anytime soon to care for little Damon. 
Medical expenses, not to mention travel, food, extended doctor care and medication to help sustain this little boy's life are already mounting and will be large and overwhelming. 
I am baby Damon's great-aunt (Betty Drennen) and I'm reaching out to help  my sweet great-nephew's family in this time of need. Those of you who know my family, know we lost too many members of this baby's family too suddenly. This baby is a true gift from Heaven and deserves every chance for a full and healthy life.
