I would like to tell you my story

I am of Cuban nationality where I lived until March 2013 to travel to the United States, a wonderful country that welcomed me and to which I owe my life today ....

Going back a bit earlier in history in September 2012 at the age of 38 I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer lymph node and lung metastases. Basically with only 6 months of life. We all know that Cuba is a country with few resources, although I received the necessary treatment. I underwent bilateral mastectomy and chemotherapy.
Supposedly cured in March 2013 I'm going to the United States. In my first review, the doctors see that something is not right and they decide that I need radiation to complete the treatment. After 33 sections of radiation the tumor markers had tripled their value demonstrating that the disease was still present.

September 2013 Only one year after my diagnosis I received chemotherapy for the second time for seven months the longest and most difficult time of my life ...... To date in chemotherapy for almost 5 years without interruption, managing to control the disease. Thank God that I never abandoned myself and this wonderful country that welcomed me and allowed me to have the best treatments.

The reason I ask for your help is because since January 2017 despite being treated the tumor markers began to increase in value quickly, which shows a recurrence of the disease. I need an alternative treatment that does not cover any medical insurance, but in which I have put all my hope of regaining my health and once again overcome the battle against cancer.

I have to try another alternative because apparently my body has adapted to the treatment I have received in the last 4 years. Receptor for estrogen ID5 POSITIVE (> 50%)
Progesterone receptor PgR 636 POSITIVE (> 50%)
HER-2 / neu (c-erb-82) AO48 POSITIVE 3+
METASTATIC CARCINOMA to fifteen of the fifteen lymph nodes (15/15).
