Indy’s Surgery

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this GoFundMe post. The light of our lives our tiny rescue dog from Mexico Indy, tore her ACL a couple of weeks ago. She is such an active dog, loving to play and meet every dog she sees. We have never met a more amazing dog. She truly rescued us. She was playing with her fur cousin while I was at my Dad’s wedding and we noticed she was not putting any weight on her leg. After taking her to the vet they sedated her, took some xrays and ran a couple of tests and they determined she had completely ruptured her ACL and at 1 year old, she would most definitely require surgery. My boyfriend and I are just starting out our life together  and really can’t afford the surgery, but we love her so much we know it is what she deserves. She is a 1 year old rescue from Mexico, still nervous of men and sometimes the wind! She is the sweetest puppy you will ever meet. It pains us too much to see her in pain. She had already been through so much. We have scheduled her surgery for October 15th. We ask for any donation, anything that could help. She’s our baby and she deserves to be free of pain.
