Beth was just diagnosed with Stage 2B Cervical Cancer, a cancer that only affects about 9,000 women annually. This devastating diagnosis came right on the heels of a hysterectomy.
Beth's initial visit to the doctor revealed abnormal cells and it was recommended she get an immediate hysterectomy. Following the surgery and further biopsies, it was discovered that there was a large cancerous tumor.
Unfortunately, because the hysterectomy was already performed, it is now going to be an uphill battle to fight the cervical cancer. Beth will still need a PET scan next month to find out if the cancer has spread to the lymph nodes prior to beginning treatment.
With the support of her loving husband, Max, and countless family and friends, we know Beth will overcome this disease. We are asking for any kind of assistance with medical bills to lessen the financial worry and keep the focus on the fight.
