Beth's Bench Fund

Hello Family and Friends, 

We'd like to come together and have a "Beth's Bench" along Greenway. Poppy has said this is what Grandma Beth wanted, and he already has a couple spots in mind along where they used to walk together.

We are estimating the bench cost will be around $1,700. If there is extra funds after the bench we have selected the Children's Cancer Center to receive those ( a high rated charity where donations are put to good use). I think we all know how hard cancer is and Grandma always cared for the babies first, so the Children's Cancer Center was an obvious choice. 

Right now (January 19th) Grandma has anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks left. Hospice care in her step-sons home has been difficult on the family but we are all sticking together.  She was diagnosed on January 11th, with uterine cancer and unfortunately it is very late stage. She was supposed to begin radiation and then chemotherapy this week, but instead she is in hospice and is expected to pass soon.
