To everyone who may not yet have heard the news, our dear friend Bethany Patton passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018.
For those interested, her funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday evening at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
As you are all aware, Bethany leaves behind her loving husband Shawn, and their two beautiful children, Carter and Preston. The events that have transpired over the last couple of days have been indescribably devastating for them, and we as their friends and family hope to use this page as a way to allow all those interested to get involved.
We have already had numerous emails, texts and messages from people asking how to help, so this campaign has been created as a way to offer a place for donations from those interested in contributing toward her funeral expenses, in addition to their current living expenses.
Any and all donations made to this GoFundMe page will go directly to Shawn and their children. As a newly single father, we know Shawn, Carter, Preston, and the entire Patton and Smith families will greatly appreciate the generosity, kindness, and compassion from so many people who knew and loved Bethany most.
