Helping first-generation college students succeed

The Betancourt Scholarship Fund (BSF) is a cash award for graduating Colonial High School Seniors that will be enrolling into a traditional four year college program in 2021. As of 01/02/2019, the BSF is a Florida registered non-profit with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. All donations made to this public charity are tax deductible and you will be issued a donation receipt via PayPal.

The scholarship is directed towards students who are the first in their family to attend college, have a 3.0 GPA, and is graduating from Colonial High School - Orlando, FL in May 2021.

Your donation towards the scholarship will assist the student in their first semester in college.  Upon disbursement of the funds, your name will be featured on the scholarship's website.
