Our Best Friend , Tafoya Jones was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure 6 years ago at the very young age of 26. After having many procedures and even a defibrillator placed into her chest, Tafoya's faith never wavered, which helped her get better year after year. Unfortunately, one month after giving birth to her only daughter in May 2017, Tafoya's heart has started to fail.
At this very moment, the doctors are requesting, that for a chance to a healthier life, she must undergo a heart transplant. She needs a new heart!
