Needs Emergency Surgery

This is the story of Chris and his dog. Six years ago, my best friend came into my life. Through the highs and lows of my life, he has always been by my side. He is truly the only one that I can count on... Who is he? He, is a 6 year old pug shih tzu named Bentley.
Today I got some very hard news. A massive tumour has overtaken Bentley inside. The tumor is effecting his belly, Spleen and also his liver. Surgery is 5-6 grand to try and remove the tumor. I cannot bear to see him like this. I will be forced to put him down if surgery is not preformed.
This surgery will only become a reality with your compassion. I cannot imagine life without my Best Friend Bentley.
