My father, Stephen M. Berniche, lost his valiant battle with depression on June 5th, 2014.
Certain information came to light recently and my family was made aware of somebodies desire to challenge his -very specific- final wishes. Unfortunately this malicious greed has put us in a difficult position....
I am in immediate need of legal representation in order to support and honor my fathers legacy and protect his grandchildren. I have finaly found the strength to face what lies ahead, with the full support of those involved, and to do this, I need the best team possible. Im confident that truth and justice will prevail.
(My dad was an honorable man. A man who followed his dreams and became a pilot for the United States Coast Guard, then flew as a corporate pilot, even when the odds were against him. While he may have found peace while high above the clouds, his heart was truly at home with his family.
On August 2nd, 2008, my beautiful sister Lindsay was taken from us in a tragic accident. My father was never the same. He did, however, find strength and purpose in the three young children that she left behind.
He continued to work hard, often times spending weeks away from home. He intended to provide his grandchildren withthe educational opportunities they so deserved.
I ask those of you who loved, knew, knew of him, or otherwise know what is true and just; to perhaps consider donating what you can, in hopes of protecting the innocent children my father cherished.)
