Ben's Road To Recovery

Donation protected
On Tuesday October 27, 2015 our dad, Ben Balderrama, woke up to a bad headache complaining of double vision. Moments later he began to seizure and he went unconscious. After rushing him to the hospital by ambulance, we found he suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm that was hemorrhaging. The aneurysm was coiled and days later, we were told he also had a stroke. After this unexpected emergency, we are left with huge financial responsibilities, weeks of work we will miss, emotional stress and hardships we could never have imagined. We are reaching out to our friends, family and community only to assist us with keeping his bills and financial responsibilties up to date as he can no longer work. The financial burden left for us during this nightmare is something we can't handle on our own.  He remains in the intensive care unit at Loma Linda hospital for at least 21 days while the blood is draining from his head. He is at high risk for more vasospasms and strokes that will further impair his health, vision, memory and speech. Our family will be staying here every day by his side and will update as much as possible. Any help you can provide to us will go towards his payments and medical expenses during this hardship. It will be truly appreciated. It's hard to even worry or think about finances at a time like this but we are looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. Please keep our dad in your prayers!
