Benjamin Knefel Memorial Fund
Donation protected
On July 3, 2020, Benjamin Joseph Knefel was called home to be with the Lord. The magnitude of his passion and love for God was apparent in how he loved God's people. Through his work with special needs students and his military service, he impacted many lives. Ben was a gifted drummer and lyricist, and he used his music to share the love of Christ. No matter where someone was in their walk of life, Ben showed them how the amazing grace of God could change their circumstances. He refused to allow his adversities to impede his calling to reach others. A hug from Ben was one you would never forget. The comments on his social media show the impact he had on others lives. He was the type of person this world needed. He motivated, encouraged, and supported those around him, even if he was the one in need.
He is survived by his parents, Kevin and Stephanie Knefel, as well as his siblings, Aaron, Tim, Bekah, Josh, Tony, sister-in-law Janay, and nieces Sophia, and Phoebe.
In lieu of flowers, there is a memorial Gofundme set up to help with the cost of Ben's unexpected passing.
Due to Co-vid19, the memorial service will be held via live stream at a later date.
