As most of you know, Henry Sobiech was diagnosed with retinoblastoma, a rare cancer of the retina, earlier this summer at just 18 months old. Only 300 children in the US and Canada are diagnosed with RB each year. Just one week after diagnosis, he had surgery to remove his left eye and the tumor. The surgery was successful and his pathology is clear - there is no cancer left in his body!
As family and friends who love the Sobiechs, we want to come together to celebrate Henry's clear bill of health and raise a little money to put towards Henry's medical expenses.
We will be hosting a bags tournament and BBQ at Horizon Park in their honor on 10/8/17. Through this GoFundMe, you can pay your tournament entry fee, buy your cup for the keg, or make additional donations.
