John o'Groats to Lands End Cycle

On the 2nd April Ben and I will attempt one of the UK's toughest challenges… to cycle the length of Great Britiain from John o’Groats to Lands End in less than 10 days to raise money for the UK charity Street Child.  The challenge will cover over 961 miles and climbing in excess of 50,000ft, all in an effort to raise as much money as possible so that more children in West Africa and across the globe can achieve an education.

Street Child is a UK charity, established in 2008, that aims to create educational opportunity for some of the most vulnerable children in Africa and Asia. Working with local partners to provide sustainable solutions, any money raised by our cycle challenge will go towards projects in Sierra Leone, Liberia, Nigeria and Nepal. These projects focus on educating children, empowering families and protecting and supporting children in emergencies.

All money raised will go towards Street Child and their work.  Furthermore every donation will be matched pound to pound by the UK Government as part of their Right to Learn Appeal meaning any donations will have double the impact.
