About us
My name is Benjamin, I am 40 years of age and up until almost 2 years ago I was an ordinary father. I am window cleaner by trade, I lived a pretty regular lifestyle with my ex partner and our beautiful daughter, and was most happy being around my child. I am grateful that I never took any moment for granted with my daughter as I do suffer with bowel disease and take a high dose of powerful medication to sustain my everyday lifestyle. Given these circumstances I had managed to work my family and work life around my illness.
Tragically, shortly after my daughter's 2nd birthday, everything changed for the worse, I have been fighting every day not only for my child.. but against the UK's family court system, making real efforts to change laws and set precedents to help other alienated parents going through the same harrowing ordeals within the closed family court system.
My beautiful daughter is and has been without her daddy for the past 18 months, and not seeing her or knowing when I am going to see her again, absolutely breaks my heart. I cannot begin explain to anyone who hasn't already been through this, the pain and suffering that I have and am enduring on a daily basis, the first thing I think about when I wake up, the last thing I think about before I sleep, is my daughter. This suffering has been described by psychologists as a living mourning. If you can only begin to imagine life without the only thing that matters to you.
These past 18 month's, I have dealt with allegation after allegation relating to a plethora of false and unsubstantiated lies, backed up with absolutely no evidence, ranging from child abuse to physical abuse of my ex partner, racism, drug dealing, drug taking, unable to look after my daughter due to suffering with Crohns disease, leaving my medication carelessly around the house, being a fraudster, the list goes on and on...
None of these allegations are true, there is ZERO evidence to support any of them, the person making these allegations (my ex partner) has subsequently been convicted by a criminal court of harassment against me in 2018. It is beyond belief that without any evidence, a family court would reasonably undermine the criminal court, essentially blacking mailing the father into admitting false allegations and altering his own version of the historical events.
The final step
I have been advised that JUDICIAL REVIEW will be the final step toward me having any real chance of being able to see my daughter again.
I am simply a loving father that wants to be apart of my child's life and this has been taken away from me. This is a whole hearted and sincere plea to anyone who can sympathise with my situation and is willing to show any form of support.
My sole aim with this campaign is to raise enough funding so that I am able to proceed to the final legal stages of Judicial Review so that I have a fighting chance to be able to see my child, hopefully changing the system and setting a precedent.
Judicial Review is very costly and I have no alternative as I have exhausted all legal avenues, the average cost of a Judicial Review with legal is approximately £25,000 to £35,000, as a result I am asking for £35,000 to cover expenses, asking for this from anyone who stumbles across this campaign ultimately leaves me with no dignity, but I really do not have a choice.
Any financial donations will be deeply and gratefully accepted, even if you are only able to spare a pound, a dollar or euro, ANYTHING will help towards our cause. Thank you.
