Benjamin Ackerman

Ben was getting the mail a few weeks ago when he was struck by a car going at a high rate of speed. He is in the hospital suffering from 5 broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Today things took a bad turn and he developed a high fever resulting in a seizure and has been transmitted back into ICU.
This has been very difficult on the family, who has been taking turns staying with him at the hospital. Traveling back and forth gets very expensive as does eating at the hospital not to mention medical bills. Having a sick child is difficult enough, but with your help, the family can worry less about other things and focus solely on Ben.
