WHO WE ARE
Two 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations trying to raise the last of the funds needed to complete and share our inspiring documentary, Be More.
Be More: The Documentary, is being created as a result of the work of both The River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding (www.centerforpeacebuilding.org)
and Be More Heroic (www.bemoreheroic.org.) Their missions and educational programs have inspired thousands across the country to lead positive, proactive and courageous lives.
It is amongst our core goals to continue to match strength with mainstream media providing content that is thought provoking, igniting larger conversations around the issues that often divide communities.

WHAT IS BE MORE: THE DOCUMENTARY?
7 FRIENDS CHANGE 17 LIVES IN 7 DAYS
In the summer of 2014, 7 activists set out to help transform the lives of 17 teenagers in 7 days through art and self-expression. As this group confronts life’s challenges, we dive deep into the human experience, where the power of sharing is revealed. This epic four year journey culminates in one incredible week of inspirational life-changing moments.
For those of you are already familiar with the project, here is an update:
After four years of filming and nearly one year of being in post production we're in the final stretch. Our team of editors alongside the director and writer have been working tirelelessy getting follow ups, b-roll footage and trying to finish the soundtrack amongst our artists.
As you all know we are a grass roots organization. Most of this film in the first two years was paid for out of pocket. Once we decided to do Camp More, we turned to our families and friends via crowdfunding to make the dream of filming summer camp a reality.
Now we are in the HOME STRETCH of post and we need your help.

The River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding is dedicated to raising awareness and building skills through education and experiences that will empower individuals and groups in their personal and collective lives.
