Beloved mom's funeral - Funeral para mama

The most amazing mom anyone could have, Alicia Gallegos Cerros de Bravo recently passed on Tuesday July 27, 2021. She was a
wonderful mother, wife, cousin, aunt, friend, warrior, teacher, and healer who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind her husband, two daughters, and two grandchildren.

Mom dedicated her life to help others. At a very young age she knew she wanted to change the world for the better, so she became a
brilliant doctor who spent her life caring for others, helping them heal not only physically, but also emotionally as she was the best person anyone could possible ever ask for to have by their side. She met the love of her life during her first year as an intern in a remote, but
beautiful secluded town in rural Mexico, from the moment they saw each other faith was in their favor, and they soon created a family of
their own.

Mom faced many obstacles throughout her life, but she never gave up without a fight… and God! she fought a good fight until the end.
Mom leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion and wisdom upon each and every person who entered her life. The world is better because
she was in it, even if it was for just a glimpse.

We are all devastated by our mom’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give our mom the
memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.

We currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of mom’s funeral. We need to raise $6500 by Saturday July 31, 2021, to be able to afford the funeral services, cremation fee and priest. Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time.

La madre más increíble que alguien podría tener, Alicia Gallegos Cerros de Bravo falleció recientemente el martes 27 de julio del 2021. Fue una maravillosa madre, esposa, prima, tía, amiga, guerrera, maestra y sanadora que conmovió la vida de quienes la rodeaban. Deja atrás a su esposo, dos hijas y dos nietos.

Mamá dedicó su vida a ayudar a los demás. Desde muy pequeña supo que quería cambiar el mundo para mejor, por lo que se convirtió en    una doctora brillante que pasó su vida cuidando a los demás, ayudándolos a sanar no solo físicamente, sino también emocionalmente, ya     que ella era la mejor persona posible para tener a su lado. Conoció al amor de su vida durante su primer año como pasante en un pueblo      remoto, pero hermoso y apartado en la zona rural de México, desde el momento en que se vieron, la fe estuvo a su favor y pronto formaron una familia propia.

Mamá enfrentó muchos obstáculos a lo largo de su vida, pero nunca se rindió sin luchar ... ¡y Dios! peleó una buena pelea hasta el final. Mamá deja un legado de amor, compasión y sabiduría en todas y cada una de las personas que entraron en su vida. El mundo es mejor porque
ella estaba en él, aunque fuera solo por un corto tiempo.

Todos estamos devastados por la pérdida de nuestra madre y no estábamos preparados para el alto costo de un servicio funerario.
Queremos darle a nuestra mamá el homenaje que se merece, honrar su memoria y despedirnos por última vez.

Actualmente solicitamos donaciones para ayudar a cubrir el costo del funeral de mamá. Necesitamos recaudar $ 6500 para el sábado 31 de julio del 2021, para poder pagar los servicios funerarios, la tarifa de cremación y el sacerdote.

Por favor consideren hacer una donación, ya que cualquier cantidad realmente ayudará a nuestra familia durante este momento difícil.
