<div>Belia Berrios grew up on Shotwell and 21st Street, in San Francisco's mission district. Born in 1962, Belia was the first daughter of Jesus and Genevieve Vigil (owners of Vigil's Club on 21st and Bryant). Belia was incredibly active in her community and in 1978, at the age of 16, she and five of her neighborhood friends started a club known as "The Folsom Park Home Girls" where she proudly served as club president.

<div>Our mother was a beautiful soul with a very stubborn attitude as I'm sure many noticed being around her. We would love to ask friends and family to help us in celebrating her life as we all knew it. The good, the bad, the ugly.
