Being Evicted, Save our Home

We are behind on rent and are going to be evicted on the 29th of September. Are total past due amount is $6500 but we do have $4,000 of that. There were issues with getting money from the state and we fell behind in our payments but we cannot come up with the last $2,500 and without it we will be on the streets. We know times are tough for everyone but we have nowhere to go no family that can take us in due to my husband's disability we do home hemodialysis three times a week on him he's also in a wheelchair cannot walk at all so any family that we have has stairs and we cannot get him into the house. We have gone to the county and to the state to try to get assistance for this and have been told that we are not eligible we have no other choices we have sold everything we can think of we have begged and borrowed from family members who are tapped out and we are now begging our friends to see if we can come up with the money in about a week so that we don't lose our apartment. Any little bit will help $10 $20 anything we're just doing everything we can possibly think of so that we're not out on the streets we are waiting for affordable housing to open up in Flanders that should be opening up in the beginning of next year and just trying to survive until then in the overpriced Apartments were in will be able to make rent starting next month if we can just catch up with what we have to pay in the back rent. I have to be in court next Friday I am hoping that if I can give them the money that we already have it will buy us a couple of days to get any money that we can raise through this page and be able to pay them before they bring the Sheriff's Office to evict us.
