One thing most mothers of young children may be startled by is a sense radical loneliness and isolation. How can someone marry the man they love, have beautiful babies they adore and find themselves lonely?!? It is a fact that is exacerbated by the culture we live in. One solution is to create community based upon common experience, so that they know they are not alone. Behold makes building this community easy. We are creating packs for Catholic Churches to provide monthly or bi-monthly gatherings for mothers of young children from conception through pre-school that will support their need to connect with other mothers like themselves.
Our pilot website is operational, so share it with any parish worker or mother of young children you know: www.beholdmoms.net. We are also ready to begin registrations. Now we just need to start producing our materials.
We will be eternally grateful if you help make this mission a reality. One less disconnected mom is a consolation to the Heart of Jesus and His Loving Mother!
