Please help with dental surgery

Hello. My name is Nicole Severson. I am a hard working single mother who desperatly needs help. A few months ago chunks of my teeth started breaking off. When I went to the dentist I was told there is something causing them to deteriorate and break. They told me there was nothing they could do to save them as any crowns or cavities done would fail. So my only option is to have them all pulled and get dentures. I am in constant pain due to infections and abbesses, which makes it hard to function daily and i
I have an 8 year old boy who relys on me to function. The pain will not end until I have surgery and get them all pulled. I am constantly needing antibiotics. I have finally recived my quote for the surgery and dentures and it is just under 11 thousand. The government won't help me and I am at a loss as to where to turn.
