In Bec's Life
Donation protected
In the loving arms of her children, surrounded with their voices singing her favorite Beatles songs, Rebecca June McKenzie (Jamieson) passed away peacefully on the morning of January 17th, 2018 in her 60th year of life. She lived a large, fierce, unapologetic, vibrant, love-filled and compassionate life. She was known to many as Big Bec because of her enormous heart and undying servitude to anyone in need. She fought a long battle with Breast Cancer with the utmost bravery, unwavering faith and loving support of family and friends who knew she would not have wanted it any other way. The Bec we all love was determined to find alternative, healthy, supportive, immune boosting treatments to combat cancer and to be a guinea pig for anything new that could give others some hope. While there were many successes in her journey, their were also many personal and financial costs associated with this kind of dedication to the research of cancer treatments. If you would like to be a part of Big Bec's legacy and support her family through this difficult time, please consider making a donation. Thanks everyone.
