I am Rache Barnette and live in the Dallas area. My sister and brother in law live in Dickinson TX and have lost everything from Hurricane Harvey. There is over 5 feet of water in their house at this point. They have 2 young twins and are trying to rebuild their lives, which includes finding a new place to live, and buying new cloths and household items for the family.
