Because We Should

Because We Should is a new service project where volunteers create care packages and provide meals to the homeless people of Baltimore. These funds will be used to purchase care package materials, food, etc. for the event. The event itself is October 4th, so we are trying to raise as much as possible before then!

I am so excited to put this project into action! During these times of COVID-19, I have recognized how fortunate I am to have a secure place to stay. I want this project to show that despite our current societal challenges, we can give back and help our community. I am incredibly grateful for any donations received.  I came across a quote which stated:

These care packages won’t solve homelessness, but they will let someone know that they are cared for on that day.
