“Every day, we prayed that God had given you more strength than he did the days before. You had been dealing with this for so long. The worry, treatments, and stress were exhausting and it’s awful to deal with. I’m so sorry you had to go through what you went through. Even if at times it didn’t feel like it, you’ve always been one of the bravest people I have known. You absolutely had what it took to make it through and stayed strong in your faith. As you passed, you will forever remain in our hearts as we hold onto wonderful memories. We can only be grateful for the chance to be with you during your last moments. And we take comfort in knowing that you are now in a better place, where there is no more pain, no more sorrows, no more sickness, as you get reunited with your maker.
