As the situation is continuing to unfold in our community, The Beauty Shop, Bar DKDC, The Mollie Fontaine Lounge and Another Roadside Attraction Catering is working to navigate these uncertain times in the hospitality world. As many of you in the community have reached out to me in the last few days and asked how you can help us through these unchartered waters; I have come up with a concept. A GO-FUND ME EMPLOYEE RELIEF page for all my STAFF. As the owner of these restaurants, I will ensure all donations to this relief fund will go directly back to each one of my fifty employees.
My thoughts and concerns are with my employees, customers and community. I have an obligation to my restaurant and catering family to sustain their revenue during these times. As an owner I am concerned about their livelihood and making sure my staff will be able to pay their bills, support their families and put food on their tables. Now more than ever we have to appreciate our community and the importance of protecting and respecting each other.
As an owner, I am willing to sustain my part of their revenue but I alone cannot cover what they rely on, which are the tips that are generated from the public. So I have decided to start a Go-Fund me page for all my staff; Bartenders, Waiters Line Cooks, Prep staff , Dishwashers, Hostesses and the list goes on and on.
To show our appreciation we will be throwing a DON’T CORONA blow out once this has come to an end. I will be hosting a huge free party out of my own pocket with food and cocktails to all of you who so graciously gives to this serious cause. I want to say thank you in advance, to our patrons who donate to this cause. We value being able to serve our Memphis community / Our Beauty Shop, Bar DKDC, Mollie Fontaine Lounge and Another Roadside Attraction Family deeply appreciates you
