Please help Jessica: 2 time hurricane survivor, beat Cancer.
Surviving a hurricane is not an easy task. There is a lot of uncertainty. It doesn't matter how much you prepare, anything can happen. Surviving 2 powerful hurricanes in a row is even harder. Jessica is a hard working mother who among others in her native Puerto Rico, survived hurricanes Irma and Maria. She is currently dealing with the aftermath of this natural disaster. She's been 70+ days without power, intermittent water supply, and poor to non-cellphone coverage. In addition she has broken house due to powerful winds, debris from the hurricane, problems to get the basic supply’s, etc.
All this situations cause an additional strain in this cancer survivor who is 1 step away from completing her treatment. Her husband is the only one working following Jessica's cancer surgery. Her remaining cancer treatment and related cost is not cover in full by her insurance. She needs to get 30% of the full amount that equals $9,000.00 + the deductibles of the CT and PET scan test needed for the before/after treatment take. The money raised will be going to cover the costs. The money raised will be going to cover the costs of these needed treatment in the following weeks.
It would be ironical that after overcoming the devastation of hurricane Maria, she wouldn't make it because she can't afford the cost of her treatment.
Please help her beat cancer and watch her son grow.

Por favor ayuda a Jessica a costear su tratamiento de cáncer
Sobrevivir a un huracán es difícil. Hay mucha incertidumbre en el proceso. No importa cuánto te prepares, cualquier cosa puede pasar. Sobrevivir a 2 huracanes poderosos corridos es aún más difícil. Jessica es una madre trabajadora que al igual que otros en su natal Puerto Rico, ha sobrevivido los huracanes Irma y María. Actualmente está lidiando con toda la compleja situación Post María. Ha estado 70+ días sin energía eléctrica, servicio de agua intermitente y poca o ninguna señal de teléfono celular. En adición está trabajando con daños a la estructura física de su hogar causados por los Fuertes vientos, escombros, y limitaciones para conseguir los suministros básicos, etc.
Toda esta situación causa un estresor adicional a esta superviviente de cáncer quien está a 1 paso de culminar su tratamiento. Su esposo es el único que trabaja luego de la cirugía de cáncer. El costo tratamiento restante no está cubierto por la cubierta médica. Ella necesita conseguir el 30% que equivale a $9,000 + los deducibles del CT y PET Scan que se necesitan antes y después del tratamiento. Todo el dinero recaudado va a ir directamente a cubrir los gastos médicos.
Seria irónico que luego de sobrevivir 2 huracanes poderosos, no pueda lograr superar el cáncer por no poder costear su tratamiento
