Bear Nation is an all-volunteer non-profit arm of the Bear Independent YouTube channel, which serves as the volunteer labor for projects orchestrated through out 501(c)3 Charitable organization, Grindstone Ministries.
Bear Nation promotes community and preparedness through charitable disaster response. Combining "Servant Tourism" (yeah, we're cool- we made that up!) with an opportunity to bless and be blessed, we deploy strike teams in disaster-affected regions to be the hands and feet of The Father and Messiah in times of extreme need.
Bear Nation deploys volunteer labor and donated resources to natural disasters across the United States in an effort to provide hot meals, groceries and cleaning supplies, no-cost construction and demolition services, and forestry services to residents affected by catastrophic weather events; to borrow from Francis of Assisi and The Reverend Gilbert, we intend to "preach the Gospel always, use words when necessary".

Currently, funds will be used to procure a 16-foot enclosed trailer and stock it with construction tools to aid in the ongoing efforts of our volunteers in Florida, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. One-Hundred percent of these funds are used to affect positive change on target; all administrative costs have been, blessedly, handled independently to this point.
Earlier this year, Bear Nation partnered with The Reverend Gilbert and Mrs. Evelyn with Night Runners, a 501(c)3 disaster response NGO with decades of experience responding to hurricanes, tornadoes, and flooding. Night Runners can be reached at www.nightrunners.org.
