Bear Smalls' knee surgery

Bear Smalls, 8 years young, Pomeranian, and my best friend furever, will need knee surgery. His back left leg is badly injured where if he doesn't use it, it will become a dead leg.
He is full of energy and brings such joy to myself and all that meet him.
