Beach Clean Up from Pacific Garbage patch

I want to clean the garbage on the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. The 311 Japanese rubble arrived at South Point on the Big Island of Hawaii three years later. Even now, there are some trash from Japan. The Great Pacific Garbage Patch has twice as much garbage as Texas. which kills a lot of marine life. Microplastic is also contained in the fish and is also entering the body of the person who ate it. I want to clean this garbage at South Point in Big Island Hawaii. I made this plan to be useful as a Japanese person as much as possible. The roads on the ground are rough and I cannot go by myself. Therefore, local cooperation is needed. Track cost $200 par track. I want to clean up anytime I have a time. Please help me to do beach clean up. I love dolphin, whale, turtle and birds. Have you ever seen albatrosses mistakenly feed plastic to their children? It's a very sad reality. Have you ever seen a turtle eating a trash bag by mistake for a jellyfish? This is the reality we are making. I don’t want to make happening. People eat fish , fish already have a Microplastic Would you like to feed your child a fish with microplastics? The answer is no. I want to do something I can do.
