Unchanging Hands Community Outreach Center is a beacon of hope in the heart of Houston, Texas. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are passionately dedicated to serving and uplifting teen moms, single mothers, low-income families, and children within our community. Founded in 2016 as a for-profit business feeding the local homeless, Unchanging Hands transformed into a nonprofit in 2023, driven by an unwavering mission to empower families in need.

Led by a diverse and women-focused leadership team, we are committed to making a lasting positive impact. Our focus is on providing comprehensive support that helps families overcome financial and educational barriers, believing wholeheartedly in the power of community and the importance of accessible resources.

What sets us apart is our dedication to teen mothers. We recognize the unique challenges they face, juggling the demands of parenthood while striving for personal and educational growth. Our tailored programs and services are designed to meet their specific needs, offering them a lifeline of support and encouragement.

Teen Mom Support: Offering tailored programs and resources for teen mothers, including parenting classes, counseling, and educational support.
