Be Jessie's Hope in Fighting Hyperparathyroidism

Hi everyone. I'm not sure where to start, but today, I ask for your help in saving a friend's life.
This fundraiser is for Jessie Manila. He lives in the Philippines. He is a filial son, a supportive brother, and an amazing friend. In early 2019, he was diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism. One of his thyroids turned into a tumor and has caused his bones to weaken and ultimately give up.
Before he got sick, I know how Jessie selflessly gave most of his pay check to help his parents pay for food and bills, acting as the breadwinner of his family.
Due to his deteriorating health, he was let go from his job. His parents only earn an equivalent of $5 a day. Due to lack of funds and welfare help in the Philippines, they were unable to seek further medical help.
Jessie broke both his thigh bones just by trying to get up to go to the bathroom. He has been bedridden for a year. He needed physical assistance just to get into a sitting position from being laid down. But he held on to hope. His family is doing their best to take care of him, but they need our financial help.
He has undergone surgery to remove the tumor from his thyroid glands. He needs our help to undergo another surgery that will fix his broken thigh bones. The doctor recommended inserting metal plates to help him walk again. The surgery will cost $1,500. On top of that, his life-long maintenance of oral medication which will help his bones and body recover costs $250 a month. That is too high a cost for his family to shoulder.
