THE BOOKS
How To Be A Superhero: The Superhero Saga is a trilogy of books for kids that are geared towards the 8-12 age range, but will be entertaining and insightful reads for all ages.
The overall goal is to set an example for kids (and adults) to follow so they can find their real life superpowers, train their body and mind, and go off into the world as a superhero to help others and the environment.
* The first book is about Bob and his struggles with Math.
* The second book is about Jane and her dealing with her parents divorce.
* The third book has Bob and Jane coming together as a superhero team to help people. The main conflict is dealing with bullies.
I plan to write a book a month in 2020 and publish the Superhero Saga books starting in March.
THE GAME
The game will be a free minecraft like sandbox game but with focuses on becoming a real life superhero, teaching you how to make games, and many many other amazing things.

THE SHOW
I want to write a story about you as a superhero, villain, or any character you'd like on my livestream shows. In the chat you can tell me how you want your character to be and you'll see me write the story on air.
WHY - Video
As a teacher, video game developer, author, and coach I've had no bigger reward than to inspire a child. Now I want to take what worked for me in the classroom and inspire people from all over the world with my books, games, and livestream show.

MY STORY
I think helping kids and people in general is the best feeling in the world.
I realized it was my calling when my parents next door neighbor, a little kindergartner, wanted to come over and play basketball with me.
She became frustrated because she kept shooting and missing. I encouraged her to keep trying and she finally made it.
I've never seen anyone so happy before. The pure bundle of joy and happiness she became was perhaps the most wonderful thing I have ever experienced.
Soon after her Dad came home and she ran over to him and said "Daddy Daddy I got the ball in the hoop!" I was in awe watching it.
I realized that I facilitated that. I had help make that happen. And it didn't even take much, just being in her corner.
That's when I decided, despite winning numerous awards with my video game work, that I needed to work with kids.
Brightening that child's day was far more rewarding to me than all of the awards and magazine mentions my work had received.
For the next ten years+ I worked with kids including as a teacher. I'm proud to say that I've been able to make a difference for so many kids.
Largely just by being in their corner and showing them that I care about their success.
As much as I enjoyed working with the kids, something was missing.
It was great that I was helping the kids at the school, but what about the kids at other local schools? Or other kids at schools in the State, or even the world?
And especially, what about kids that are in the hospital? How can I have an impact on them?
That's when I decided to write books. With books I can use what worked for me teaching and reach a global audience.
In December I finished "How To Be A Superhero: The TOP SECRET Guide."
I'm now working on stories where the characters demonstrate the concepts and values I put in that book and that is what this project is all about.
