<div>Across the world, women’s progress is being undone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The only way to shift that narrative is power — and money is power.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We need more women with the means and freedom to make their own choices — to build, lead, and create lives that aren’t dependent on systems that fail them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For migrant and refugee women, the barriers are steepest. Many arrive in new countries with education, experience, and drive — yet are locked out of fair work. Overqualified, underpaid, or invisible in systems that were never built for them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Good Salt exists to change that.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re three women — from three different countries — who came together through our shared experience of building lives far from home. That thread shaped our belief in what’s possible when women have real economic opportunity, and it became the foundation for Good Salt.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our first step is the Good Salt Academy, opening in Oxford, UK — where migrant and refugee women gain paid, accredited culinary, digital, and financial literacy training. It’s training with purpose, designed to build confidence, unlock employment, and create pathways into our own revenue-generating food brand.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re raising £100,000 to launch our first year of operations and secure the Academy’s permanent home.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support will help us:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Fund the first year of the Good Salt Academy
</li>
<li>Equip our training kitchen and community space
</li>
<li>Provide paid placements, mentorship, and materials
</li>
<li>Build the foundation that will unlock long-term sustainability through grants and partnerships
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When women are equal in power, voice, and opportunity — they rise.
</div>
<div>And when women rise, communities rise with them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Good Salt is essential; it elevates everything it touches.
