About 7 months ago our eldest cousin, Nicholas Constantinidis, was diagnosed with a rare inoperable brain tumor. When we found out we truly believed if anyone can beat this, it was Nicholas!
Nicholas faced his cancer in the only way he knew how, with a brave and strong smile. He lived everyday of his life with a big heart, and modeled to us all what it meant to live with compassion, love, curiosity and kindness. He fought like a brave warrior, but his body just couldn’t fight anymore, and God called his angel home.
We know that Nicholas is with God now and is watching down on us all, wrapping his warm arms and embrace around us as we mourn his loss.
Of Nicholas' many passions, he loved fixing up his Jetta kit car. We, as his cousins, would like to see his dream through to the finish. That is why we have started this GoFundMe account, to help finish fixing Nicholas' last and favorite project... his car. We look at that car, and we can still see him working on it... we just want to feel close to him by finishing what he started.
Celia, Johnny,and Loukia Papadakos and Alexia Constantinidis, are asking those who knew him well, to help contribute to finishing his car rather than buy flowers for his funeral. We know he would much rather appreciate this lasting gift for his family, than flowers.
