As you all know, I have finally started my dream of starting my own business. There are sustainable businesses, and businesses with excellent service and selection, but no one has been able to combine both until now:

Welcome to Ozarka: the upmarket, low waste prepared foods store where all of our packaging is sustainable alternatives to single-use plastic and all of it is returnable and reusable. Reuse, reduce. Take away with no throw away. That's the Ozarka way.

I might not be able to "Get Big Fast," but with your support I can "Start Small Quickly." I am launching the pilot soon and we're in a wait, wait, wait, hurry up situation. Momentum is building quickly and we've gone from having no location to three locations, a delivery pilot, and a pilot to swap out single-use take away packaging with our reusable packaging in the main restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam's financial district.

By your participating, not only do you help us cover the costs of the pilot, but can demonstrate to future investors the interest in Ozarka.
