Justice for Julie

Julie has a rare facial nerve tumor. Symptoms Include hearing loss, balance/dizziness, facial nerve paralysis (droopy lid), migraines, nausea and vomiting. Julie is under going radiation treatments (gamma) to debulk the tumor. This procedure would hopefully decrease symptoms as well as minimize tumor size. Julie's procedure is consider an "out of network procedure" resulting in out of pocket expenses.  Which includes the treatment cost, hotel cost and airfare to and from NYC.  
Julie's  insurance denied the claim for treatment with the specialist in NYC.  They (the insurance company ) claim a physician in this area could perform the procedure. But he is not a specialist with this tumor.
