BCMS Dorney Park Family Trip

We hope this note finds you well. We are  seeking donations in order to support the continued growth of our Brownsville Collaborative school community. As the educators at Brownsville Collaborative Middle School, we feel that it is essential to provide our students and their families with enriching activities that uplift and bring us together. However, we are not always able to provide these opportunities as a result of financial difficulties. We appreciate any support you can provide in making these amazing activities happen for our students and families.

Our  goal is to bring our community members on a family engagement trip to Dorney Park from June 30th-July 2nd, 2017. Our students and their families will be invited to spend the weekend together, strengthening the bonds between parents, students, and the BCMS teaching staff. The cost of this trip is detailed below:


(1) Coach Bus - $4,000.00
(25) Hotel Rooms -$5,525.00
Food -$5,000.00
Dorney Park Entrance -$3,000.00
 Total Cost Of Dorney Park Trip-- $17,525.00
