Memorial expenses/medical bills

My name is Jera. I was diagnosed with cancer when I was 5 years old. I survied, but the chemotherapy I recieved damaged my heart. When I was 16, on New Years Eve of 1999 I recived the first heart transplant of the new melenium at OHSU. On May 18th 2014 I married the love of my life. After returning from an amazing honeymoon in Florida, we were preparing to move into a new home and begin our new lives. On Tuesday July 8th I went into the hospital for a routine procedure and suffered a massive heart attack. I left this earth to be with my heavenly father around 11 o'clock that night, surrounded by my loved ones. My beloved husband and soul mate is completely devistated and needs help with medical and memorial expenses. Your thoughts, prayers, and donations are extremely appreciated.
