Co-Founded by visionary leader, Jasean Wiley, this organization emerged from the depths of despair to become a symbol of empowerment and progress for the Better Black community.

<div>Born and raised in the very neighborhood he sought to uplift, Jasean experienced firsthand the challenges and injustices plaguing his community. Determined to make a difference, he embarked on a journey fueled by passion, dedication, and an unwavering belief in the potential for positive change.

<div>BBC began humbly, with Jasean rallying a small group of like-minded individuals who shared his vision. Together, they faced countless obstacles – from lack of funding to skepticism from outsiders – but their resolve remained unshakeable. With grit and determination, they pressed on, drawing strength from their shared commitment to uplift their community. As they look ahead, they remain steadfast in their commitment to building a stronger, more vibrant community – one where opportunity, equality, and justice flourish for all or too at least inspire hope.
