Yoga Teacher Training

As many of you know, I have been on a journey of self discovery and renewal for some time. It has led me to meet many interesting people, new lands, and to better perfect what it is to be me. I firmly believe that the next step in my path is Yoga Teacher Training, and I further believe that the time is now. I would like to enroll in teacher training in early August. The universe calls, and I feel compelled to answer.

It is with great humilty and respect for the community that I reach out to that I now ask for help. To those who feel inspired to lend support with kind wishes, or words, or even a modest donation, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. To those who do not feel inclined, I thank you none the less for being present in my life.

Short Story Package
Recieve a digital copy of my unpublished short stories. 
      I came upon the bed like a person comes upon a beached whale, except that if it had been a whale lying on the sheets, I would have known better what to do. Get the sand out of its eyes. Fetch a bucket of water. Stroke the poor creature and call to the lifeguard to summon a crane. Kid stuff. In this case, no miserable bucket would do.
      “Mary,” my aunt called, “let me look at you.” There were thirty some feet of white Egyptian cotton between us. 

Art Package

A dabbling of collage art. Recieve a selection of 2 art prints of your choice. Contributors will be notified of options before fulfillment. 

3 Class Yoga Package
In December or January, once I am confident in my skillset to teach safely, I intend to begin offering 1 hour Saturday classes in my home studio. A schedule of class styles will be communicated as soon as prepared, but no later than mid December. You will be welcome to attend several classes at the time of your choice. 

One on One Yoga
Personalized yoga class in your space or my studio space, specially tailored to meet your needs, work on specific blockages or body areas, with special focus on finding balance and center in the pose. Mat and props provided for the class.

Reiki Session
As part of my journey I have had the opportunity to practice Reiki as a certified practitioner. I would be happy to offer my experience to balance the chakras, remove energy blockages, and enhance the bodies energy wellness. 

Acro Yoga Session
Learn introduction to Acro Yoga for yourself and a partner. Students learn to Fly, Base, and how to Spot others in poses. Learn introductory to advanced poses based on readiness.
